SETH Information / Inligting

SETH is a program in collaboration with the NWU, aimed at providing exposure to learners in the various fields of science, engineering, technology and health.  Learners are exposed to these fields through various activities throughout the year.  The program focuses on the holistic development of a learner, addressing some important soft-skills necessary to enter university and the world of work, as successfully and efficiently as possible.

At the end of 2018, school management together with the NWU decided that the operational component of the SETH-program will be managed by Ferdinand Postma. The NWU is still involved on a strategic level in terms of the planning of the content of the SETH-rogram , and also with the presentation of the sessions.  The SETH Academy now forms part of the CEE (Centre of Engineering Education), a department within the NWU Engineering Faculty.
